Our one contact address is [email protected]. We do not use any other email address, and we will never ask you for a password or payment details.
To help us answer quickly, please include:
- the page address (URL) your message is about;
- the exact kaomoji, pasted as text, if your message concerns a specific face;
- your device and app (for example, “Android 15, Discord”) if a face looks broken.

How long a reply takes
We aim to reply within 3 business days. Removal and copyright requests get priority, and we act on clear, valid requests as soon as we have checked them.
