These terms of use set the rules for using KaomojiX (kaomojix.com), a free kaomoji library from the KaomojiX editorial team. By using the site, you agree to them. In short: copy and use the text faces freely, do not misuse the site, and remember that the site is provided as is.

Using the kaomoji
Kaomoji are made from public Unicode characters. You may copy any face on KaomojiX and use it for free in messages, social posts, usernames, games, documents and other personal or commercial projects. No credit is required. We do not claim ownership of any text face.
The rest of the site is the work of the KaomojiX editorial team and is protected by copyright. That includes the written explanations, meanings, page layout, images and the way faces are selected and organised. Please do not republish our pages, scrape the library in bulk or copy it to build a competing collection.
Acceptable use
When you use KaomojiX, you agree not to:
- disrupt the site, overload it with automated requests or try to get around its rate limits;
- send spam, malware or unlawful, hateful or sexually explicit material through the feedback or suggestion forms;
- try to get into parts of the site or server that are not public.
Kaomoji and feedback you submit
When you suggest a kaomoji or send feedback, you confirm that you have the right to share it. You also give KaomojiX a free, permanent, worldwide permission to publish, edit, sort and display it on the site. We review submissions and may decline or remove any of them. We do not publish your email address.
Trademarks and non-affiliation
KaomojiX is an independent website. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by or sponsored by any app, game, social network, keyboard maker or brand mentioned on the site. Names such as Discord, Instagram, X, TikTok and others are trademarks of their respective owners and are used only to describe where a kaomoji can be pasted. KaomojiX is also unrelated to any app of a similar name, including the third-party “KaomojiX Finder” app.
Display and accuracy
Kaomoji are text, so how a face looks depends on the fonts on your device and in the app you paste it into. We check faces on common devices but cannot promise that every face displays the same way everywhere. Meanings are written in good faith to describe common usage and can vary between communities. KaomojiX is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, KaomojiX and its editorial team are not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential loss that comes from using or being unable to use the site, or from the way a copied kaomoji is shown or understood elsewhere. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

Some pages may link to reference sources such as encyclopaedias or the Unicode Consortium. We are not responsible for the content or privacy practices of websites we do not run.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms when the site changes. The date at the top of this page shows the latest version. If you keep using KaomojiX after a change, you accept the updated terms.
Governing law
These terms are governed by generally applicable international principles of contract law. If you live in a country whose consumer laws give you rights that cannot be waived, those rights are not affected.
